Cold turkey

I had to give up blogging for a couple of days. My schedule is such a wreck right now that Sunday and Monday are pretty much not available for me to be on the computer. I don't even check my email. This is from the guy who check's his email usually 10-12 times a day minimum. So anyway, I'm back at work on a Tuesday and it's pretty slow so I've got some time to blog. I voted this morning. I know that all over the place, including Kansas City, the lines are the polls are horribly long. Not for me though! When you live in a town of 250 people they have no concept of long lines! I didn't even have to show ID. They knew who I was and let me go straight in. There are benefits to being a pastor in a small town!
