A Congregation United Dr. Alan Branch, VP for Student Development at MBTS is a man that I really respect on our campus. He and I have had a few discussions about church life and I've sat under him in a Student/Professor relationship. He is also the interim pastor at a church about 8 miles from mine. In Baptist Press today he has a good article about the reality of congregational Church polity versus the biblical expectation. It's a good read.
