Blessings, Budgets and Kingdom vision

Well, it's been another very exciting week in the life of Frederick Boulevard! We had another incredible day of worship yesterday and we're slowly trying to settle into our new routine of 2 worship services on Sunday. Both services yesterday blew me away! It's an amazing privilege to worship with each of you on Sunday. I am hopeful that we'll only have to get used to two services for a short time because we'll have to adjust to three services before much longer. If we continue to see our worship center filled like it was yesterday, it won't be too long before we're out of space once again! Praise the Lord! :-) aaeo.jpg

I met last night with the Missions Team and I am very excited to share that they are thinking big about missions and we have set our Annie Armstrong Missions offering goal at $20,000 this year! That marks an increase of around 20% over last year's offering. I am confident that we have the resources to match and exceed that exciting goal. Let's commit to working together to give sacrificially so that the kingdom can continue to grow.

Just a few more weeks and we'll be moving into the newest phase of our construction project. This new phase will include a children's department, our counseling department, and something I am very excited about, a large open area that I'm tentatively calling "The Living Room".  It will be the first area in our facility dedicated solely to the building of community. It should include a large seating area, a coffee bar and free wi-fi! It will be exciting to see all of it take shape over these last few weeks.

Keep praying for the church and I'll look forward to seeing you this week!
