Fundamentalism vs. Liberalism? It pains me to think that I may not be a fundamentalist. I've spent my entire life with fundamentalism surrounding me. I have assumed that there is no other correct option. As I've grown and matured, theologically, I have come to understand that I'm definitely not a fundamentalist. On the other hand, I'm certainly not a liberal. Michael Bird has recently posted a very thought provoking statement about Fundamentalism in contrast to Liberalism.
