Can you believe this.... It just goes to show that people measure the positives and negatives of a culture/country differently. I came across the United Nations Human Development Index today. The HDI gives us a lot of various information regarding different countries. According to the HDI my sister just moved to the least liveable country in the world. It also tells me that Burkina Faso, where Tracy and I lived, is the third least liveable country in the world. The funny thing is, we really like living there and would move back in a heartbeat. I guess we measure happiness differently than they do.

On a related note, America is the tenth most liveable country in the world. It comes in behind countries such as Norway, Australia, Canada and Ireland to name a few.
