I try not to get too involved in the political side of Missouri Baptist Convention life. From time to time, something will garner my interest, and later this month I’ll be attending my first MBC Annual Meeting, but as a general rule I avoid too much involvement in the MBC. As I’ve said before, I believe that state conventions, in their current form, have (in my opinion) outlived their usefulness.
All that being said, I received a press release today that I thought would interest other MBC pastors and so I thought I would post it. By posting this I am not necessarily endorsing these candidates. In fact I know each of these men by name only and so cannot, in good conscience, endorse them.
