MBTS – Sermon

A week or so ago I had the distinct privilege of preaching at Midwestern Seminary. I appreciate the invitation extended by Dr. Robin Hadaway, and am grateful for the opportunity. I preached on 1 Corinthians 3:1-9, a sermon entitled The Nefarious Nectar of Narcissism. I have attached the audio below, should you be interested in listening to it. I didn’t have as much time as I do at Frederick, so if you ever wanted to hear me preach a short message, this is your chance. ;-)

Thanks for this reminder, Micah. I believe pride is the most damaging thing in any believer’s life. We tend to give it different names like ambition, self-respect, etc. I am convinced that the opposite of love is not hate, but selfishness. Appreciate the message.
