I miss my girls

As I mentioned, a few days ago, my girls all left to go visit my parents and Tracy’s parents for two weeks. I’ve made it through the first week by remaining very busy and now I’m in the home stretch. They’ll be home in 5 more days and I’m ready for it. Tracy emailed me a few pictures from their trip and I thought I would share them with you.

  1. Man that is hard! I remember when my girls would leave for a trip, or camp, or whatever. My heart would ache to see them again! Now my girls are mostly grown, and I still miss them. My daughter and her husband bought the house directly behind us, so it means I get to see all my kids more often, and that is awesome.
The feeling of missing your kids never fully goes away.
