Arizona, Montana and now the Dakotas. What do each of these state conventions have in common? A shared commitment to decentralizing of their state conventions in order to better approach ministry in the 21st century and to help maximize their resources for Kingdom growth. Although the SBC has traditionally been led by southeastern states, it is my opinion that these frontier states are setting the pace which all other state conventions will eventually have to follow.
