100,000

While it is no milestone to some of my friends who are much more prolific bloggers, this foray into commentary on life, culture and theology has generated a bit of a readership which has now allowed me to eclipse 100,000 hits. I must say that I am at least a little excited about this plateau.

So, to those few who read this on occasion let me express my appreciation for your diligence and commitment. I am hopeful that I can produce material that is at least thought provoking and at best, edifying.

Micah is a husband to Tracy & a daddy to Grace, Kessed & Haddon. He’s Senior Pastor at Brainerd Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN. Most of all, he’s a debtor to grace.

  1. Congrats Micah! Just think, if you had a dollar for every hit…

Well, there is the chance that a lot of your hits are international. If they were all from Indonesia, you’d have about $10. Dern exchange rate.

I’d like to commend you for the tone of your blog, and your temperment in particular. You have treated everyone with respect. Your worldview and love for church and family are reasons I’m happy to contribute towards 200,000.

    Blessings.

  2. Congrats, Micah! I would echo AlanB’s statement about the tone of your blog…..I appreciate the respect and love shown to all.

We should be able to disagree without being disagreeable, but that doesn’t seem so in Missouri Baptist life (probably not in the SBC either!).
